New framework provides workforce transformation to NHS trusts
25 March 2021
Liaison Workforce has been awarded a single supplier national framework agreement from The Countess of Chester Hospital Commercial Procurement Services for the provision of workforce transformation solutions, aimed at delivering measurable improvements in all areas of workforce management for healthcare providers.
The framework will provide users with a broad range of tools and solutions to support and facilitate a workforce transformation journey using its innovative mii platform, consisting of a series of interoperable technology and service modules designed to digitise the NHS People Plan at both organisation and system level.
Use of the framework ensures that all proceeds remain within the NHS, whilst also allowing NHS trusts and health boards to work with Liaison Workforce to deliver their People Plan strategy and increase regional collaboration using proven Workforce Optimisation, Flexible Workforce, and Retention and Wellbeing solutions.
Andrew O’Connor, Director of Commercial Procurement Services at The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, says: “Following the publication of the NHS People Plan in 2020, we felt it appropriate to develop a framework that encompassed a broad range of workforce transformation solutions to enable healthcare providers to address multiple aspects of their people strategy within a single contract award. Liaison’s outcomes-focused approach and strong track record for delivery will provide framework users the opportunity to accelerate their people strategy and deliver measurable improvements across multiple workforce areas, providing a comprehensive transformation journey”
Liaison Group CEO, Andrew Armitage, adds: “We are committed to supporting healthcare providers with the solutions, data and intelligence they need to support and facilitate their workforce transformation journey. Being part of this framework will provide health and social care organisations with straightforward and compliant access to procure the technology and resources they need to deliver workforce transformation, whilst also driving savings for reinvestment.”
